This imported flake-form soybean candle wax carries a melting point of 49-51.5°C and a recommended pouring temperature of 57°C, accepting fragrance oil at up to 12% of total weight. It is primarily designed for container candles, though it can also be blended with beeswax to produce pillar (mold) candles with added structure.

The formula includes soybean-based additives that help reduce frosting on the surface, improve the wax's adhesion to glass vessel walls, and enhance scent throw once burning. These built-in additives make it a popular choice among makers seeking a clean, glossy finish with strong fragrance performance.

Because outcomes depend heavily on pouring technique and ambient temperature, occasional wet spots or pull-away from the container wall can still occur even with this additive-enhanced formula, and makers should adjust their process accordingly.

Candle Care Guide
Storage Store candles in a cool, dark, and dry place. Excessive heat or direct sunlight may cause the candle surface to melt, which can affect the scent throw and result in insufficient fragrance release when lit.
Lighting Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to 5–8 mm. During the first burn, allow it to burn continuously for 2–3 hours. Candles develop a "burn memory" — if the first burn does not melt the wax evenly around the wick, the candle will continue to burn only in a narrow tunnel around the wick afterward.
Extending Burn Time Keep the wick trimmed to 5–8 mm. Trimming helps the candle burn evenly, prevents black smoke, and reduces soot on the candle container. Each burn session should last at least 2 hours but no longer than 4 hours. For longer use, extinguish the candle every 4 hours, trim the wick back to 5 mm, and relight it.
Extinguishing the Candle Never blow out a candle with your mouth, as this can damage the candle, produce black smoke, and turn the pleasant fragrance into an unpleasant smoky odor. Instead, use a candle snuffer or a wick dipper to submerge the wick into the melted wax. Stop burning the candle when less than 2 cm of wax remains to prevent overheating and reduce the risk of the container cracking.
Important Notes Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep lit candles out of reach of children and pets. Protect your furniture — candles become very hot after about 3 hours of burning, so avoid placing them directly on furniture. The candle lid can be used as a heat-resistant coaster.
