Pre-Waxed Braided Cotton Candle Wick Roll
A braided cotton wick supplied in a continuous roll with pre-waxed coating and individual metal sustainer tabs available as a separate accessory or pre-attached, enabling high-volume production cutting and tabbing workflows. The braided construction uses a multi-strand cotton fiber bundle that provides consistent capillary action across different wax formulations.
The pre-wax coating stiffens the wick slightly for easier handling during the production process — self-supporting when placed in a mold or vessel — while dissolving cleanly into the wax pool during burning without creating residue. The braided structure is designed to curl gently during combustion, self-trimming the char and maintaining a controlled flame height.
Consistent braid specification across production rolls means that a wick size selected for a particular vessel and wax combination will perform identically across all rolls within the batch, supporting quality control in commercial production environments.
Available in multiple braid sizes (typically designated by strand count and overall diameter) to suit everything from 50mm tea light vessels to 150mm+ jar candles. Suitable for wholesale supply to candle producers, craft retail, and OEM manufacturing programs.
